General

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes. You may cancel your shoot up to 24 business hours before your scheduled shoot time. No refunds are given, a credit for the amount will be applied to your account. If you cancel with less than 24 business hour notice no refunds or credits will be given. Appointment date / time change with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 reschedule fee. If an appointment is cancelled after a date / time change, the fee is still due and no credits or refunds will be given for the reschedule fee.

Can you upload my images to MLS

Yes we are able to upload your images to MLS. All you need to do is provide us with admin access. This is done by filling out the form and sending it to ARMLS. Once we receive the log in information we will upload all of your shoots to your listings at no additional charge. Click here to download the form.

How do I change my credit card on file?

Real Estate Photography

Can I give or sell the images you take to another Agent or 3rd Party for them to use?

No. We retain the full copyright to all images that are taken. We grant a non-transferable license to the original purchaser. This license allows the original purchaser to use the image for marketing the listing until the listing is sold or expires. If an agent looses a listing to another agent the images may not be resold by the original agent to the new agent. The new agent would have to contact us to obtain their own license to use the images.

Images may not be given to 3rd parties such as stagers, renovation companies etc…These 3rd parties would need to contact us to obtain their own license for the images.

Do you edit the photos?
All photos taken will be color corrected, have blue skies, and correct alignment, and real estate signs blurred if needed. Any edits beyond that are $100/hr. minimum 1 hour.
How long does it take to get my images?
Images are delivered within 24 business hours of the scheduled appointment time.
How long does it take to photograph the property?
On average it will take up to 30-45 min to photograph a home under 3,000 sq.ft. If you have additional services such a Matterport, video, Zillow 3D, or Drone, these will all add additional time depending on the size of the property.
What areas of the home do you photograph?

The following is a general guide that we use when photographing an average size home of 2,999 square feet and under (homes over 3,000 will have more images). If you have any requests for anything outside of this such as close-ups, or garages just let us know and we will be more than happy to photograph those areas. Additional images may be added to any of our packages if you fell that you need more images than is what included in your order.

Virtual Tour Slideshow

Branded Virtual Tour Link

The Branded Virtual Tour Link is the link you want to use on any site that you wish to show your information and the property. This link is also suggested to use on any social media sites. We can customize the branded virtual tours to match your website and marketing.

Can I add additional images to my virtual tour slideshow?

We do not add additional images to the virtual tours that are not taken by our photographers. We do this due to copyright law and also the images have to be of certain quality. If the images are not post processed correctly then the images appear pixelated and distorted in the tour. If there is something that you want to make sure is included in the tour just let us know when you are booking your appointment and the photographer will make sure that take a picture of it. The benefit of this is that you have a high quality, consistent marketing piece for your real estate listing.

This link will download a .zip file that contains all of the images in your virtual tour in High Resolution. This file can be slow to download depending on your internet speeds.

Download Individual High-Resolution Images & Media

This link will take you to a page that you download any individual images from the tour in High Resolution. This is useful if you just need one image.

Download Resized Images (MLS Boards)

This link will download a .zip file that contains all of the images in your virtual tour. This is the files that you will typically use for your MLS listing.

Download Tour Video File

This link will download a branded video file of the images in your virtual tour. You can then take this file and upload it to any site that hosts video such as YouTube, Facebook, etc.

Graphic Intensive Flyer

The graphic intensive flyer includes a background image and can be customized for an additional fee of $25. This flyer uses more ink when you are printing, we also offer a ink friendly flyer as well.

3D Matterport

Can you edit the Matterport Model?

No. Properties are scanned as is. If there ends being people, animals or items in the scan they cannot be removed or edited out of the scan.

How long does it take to scan a home with Matterport?

On average you can estimate about 20-30 minutes per 1,000 square feet. Larger homes and homes with multiple levels can take longer.

What is a Matterport camera?

A Matterport camera uses state of the art technology to scan rooms and hallways. Once all of the rooms and hallways have been scanned it is all processed together to give you a Matterport Real Estate Tour and 3D dollhouse floor plan of the home. Potential buyers can then pick anywhere in the home they want to look at and zoom in on that room. Once in that room they can take a look around and then even “walk” to other rooms to get a feel for how the home is laid out.

What should I expect when a Matterport is being done?

Due to the sensitive nature of the technology being used to scan the home we recommend that no one is present in the home during the scan. This is because nothing can move or be changed once we start scanning the home. If doors are opened and closed, items moved or people are moving as the camera is scanning it can cause for errors in the final product.
